1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poker Club ("the Service") at https://ai-game-holdem.cdtsapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Poker Club is a social, free-to-play Texas Hold'em poker game. All in-game chips are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. The Service does not constitute gambling and does not offer real-money wagering or prizes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Virtual Chips and Purchases

Virtual chips may be obtained through daily rewards, gameplay, or purchase. Purchased chips are non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by applicable law. Chips have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Virtual chip purchases are generally non-refundable once the chips have been credited to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at cdts.change@gmail.com and we will review your case.

Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploit bugs or glitches; report them instead
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of virtual chips due to technical issues, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore lost progress when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Club and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state law.
